A day in the life...
You can compare summer staff to American Ninja Warrior meets a marathon, meets a three-legged race. It's HARD work and you have to learn to work together with your team day in and day out to ensure that the job gets done.
Summer Staff do a little bit of everything, which means that every day is a little different! Quaker Hill primarily serves a host site for churches and youth groups to bring their kids to camp. We work hard behind the scenes to ensure that campers have the best week of camp possible! Tasks you can expect to facilitate on any given day include but are not limited to:
-
Camp Store (barista & register)
-
Maintenance / Grounds
-
Housekeeping
-
Ropes Course*
-

why Quaker Hill?
Quaker Hill Summer Staff is a small team composed of 12-15 college students from all over, with various backgrounds! The great thing about serving as a host site is that we have a little more time to build and pour into our camp staff community. Weekly activities and events are organized in order to maximize time together and grow in spiritual development.

HOUSING AND LOCAL AREA:
If you've never been McCall, Idaho- think small mountainous town on a lake. McCall is home to numerous recreational opportunities such as hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, camping and so much more!
New in 2023 - Summer staff team members will live in the Outback and Tish Cabin communities.
