Jon Walker Executive Director
Jon fell in love with Christian camping attending Quaker Hill as a young camper, and later served as a counselor any chance he could. In the early 90’s, Jon and his wife Sara served a decade in full-time camping ministry on the Oregon Coast. Today, with nearly 30 years of camping ministry under his belt, Jon is still passionate about creating a safe and healthy environment where guests can connect with God, fellowship with others, and avoid the distractions of everyday life. When he is not at camp, you can find Jon outdoors – hiking, fishing, paddle boarding, or on coffee dates with his wife!

Reid Fitch Facilities Director
With a long family legacy of attendance at Quaker Hill, Reid finds joy in advancing the rich history of campers that have made the decision to follow Christ. Serving as camp’s “handy man,” Reid is passionate about creating a space for future generations to connect with God. When he is not running around fixing things or surprising the staff with new improvements, you can find Reid with his family enjoying what each season in McCall has to offer!
Giorgio Muñoz Food Services Director
Giorgio has long felt a calling to use his God-given talents in a service to others.
For the past six years, Giorgio has distributed nutritious meals to students throughout the Treasure Valley. His desire to honor and glorify the Lord through his work ultimately led him to Quaker Hill! A classically-trained chef from the French Culinary Institute, Giorgio brings passion for excellent hospitality along with his creative and authentic culinary style shaped by years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants. When he's not creating something delicious in the kitchen, Giorgio enjoys downhill mountain biking and spending time on the lake with his wife and son.
