A day in the life...
You can compare summer staff to American Ninja Warrior meets a marathon, meets a three-legged race. It's HARD work and you have to learn to work together with your team day in and day out to ensure that the job gets done.
Summer Staff do a little bit of everything, which means that every day is a little different! Quaker Hill primarily serves a host site for churches and youth groups to bring their kids to camp. We work hard behind the scenes to ensure that campers have the best possible week of camp! Tasks you can expect on any given day include but are not limited to:
-
Camp Store (Barista & Register)
-
Maintenance & Grounds
-
Kitchen & Dishroom
-
Housekeeping
-
Ropes Course*
-
Photography
-
Counseling
-
Lifeguarding*
*Ropes Course and Lifeguarding require additional training. We provide these trainings at no cost to you!
why Quaker Hill?
